It’s not obvious how to Downscale a Rounded Rectangle, and it can be frustrating if you don’t know how to do it. The radius of the corners of a rounded rectangle prevent you from scaling them down after a certain point. To correct this, enable “scale corners” in the transform panel, as I demonstrate in the video.
